I, the client, acknowledge and accept that:
- The graphics were created with a specific occurrence in mind and may not apply to other instances.
- The graphics will be created with my input and without it, may not look how I desire.
- Without a clear purpose, target audience, and/or other information, the design may not have the intended affect.
- No graphic can be designed for every person in mind.
- Improper usage of the design may diminish the professionalism of the design look.
- The better information I give about what I need, the less revisions are required.
- Revisions should be taken seriously and I understand that I can ask for anything to be redone during revision periods – including going back to the start.
- That revisions after publishing/project completion may incur extra costs.
- SFC will not use copyrighted material from other sources without purchase or ownership proof.
- The sale of the product grants usage, not ownership. This means I cannot say I made it, or sell the products to others.
- The partial or incomplete steps are never to be used.
- I will make sure I communicate the size(s) I need before the start of the project, and before the end of the project.
