Department Process Review

We will speak with each of your departments on your major processes that you list below. These may include but are not limited to lead capture, client intake, billing, timekeeping, and inventory. We like to speak with at least 2 people within each department you list below about each of their roles within the process, and the actions they take. Please note that if you wish us not to speak with a department, we will not be able to get their input about actions and this may result in functions that do not cover your needs.

Target Audience Profile

Branding Review

We will review anything that represents your business to assess your current branding, and evaluate how cohesive and identifiable it is. We will look over your premise (if applicable), your services and products, advertisements, logos, website, and social media accounts to determine and define this identity profile. Please list any other items below! We will also look over your social media presence and evaluate your online presence so that we know how you use each site, how often, and be able to see what tools you will need within your future website.

Website Review

We will review your current website and find out what your current systems are as well as any current glaring issues. We will also give you our best recommendations on quick fixes, and whether or not the system you are on is capable of fulfilling your needs as we have outlined them in our proposal.

During the discovery process, both public and proprietary information will be gathered about your company. We can use this information for any future research, but we will not sell proprietary information to competitors.

Agreed

Good design relies on communication with clients. This contact includes mandatory face to face meetings. We will attempt to keep consistent contact with the client above, and anticipates the same contact in return. In the event that contact cannot be made with the primary contact, the secondary contact will be tried. After one week of no contact from the client, a final attempt will be made with a notice that the project will be postponed until further contact is made from the client. Once contact is made after such notice, the firm will continue to work on the project at our convenience.

Do you agree to our contract revisions clause below?

The above project estimates cannot be changed unless a meeting is conducted and a revision is completed, agreed upon and signed by both parties. This includes additions to the project, changes to the timeline, and any other changes to the contract. Small revisions are allowed on this contract when initialed and dated by both the designer and client.
